DIRECTIONS FOR USE: HEAT THERAPY
Always remove muslin corn bag from cover. Place corn bag in microwave for 1-2 minutes depending on size of bag and wattage of microwave. Test for heat then remove and replace cover. Use to soothe any aches and pains away or just as a cozy.
***always check to make sure corn bag is not too hot before giving to child
***do not put cover in microwave
***not recommended for children under 3

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:COLD THERAPY
Place corn bag in freezer in a ziploc freezer bag (this prevents the corn bag from picking up the "freezer" smell). Use cold therapy as needed for any aches or pains.
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS FOR CRITTER COVER:
Machine wash delicate cycle in lingerie bag. Lay flat to dry.
***muslin corn bag is not washable...always use cover***

Place sinus/headache pillow in microwave for 30 seconds. Test for heat then remove.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE-SINUS/HEADACHE PILLOW-FREEZER
Place sinus/headache pillow in ziploc freezer bag. Place in freezer and use when needed.
SINUS/HEADACHE PILLOW IS NOT WASHABLE.
